MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new report says Wisconsin residents obtained fewer abortions last year.  The state Department of Health Services released its annual report on abortions on Wednesday. The report says 6,251 state residents obtained abortions in 2013, down from 6,692 in 2012.  The number of abortions occurring in Wisconsin also fell, from 6,927 in 2012 to 6,462 last year, continuing a five-year decline from 8,542 in 2009.  The […]

(AP) — The 12-year-old Wisconsin girl who nearly died after she was stabbed 19 times is back in school.  A spokesman for the girl's family says it has been a summer of doctor's appointments, surgeries, specialists and recovery.
