RACINE, Wis. (AP) — Racine County sheriff's officials have identified the people involved in a fatal skydiving accident.  Authorities say 44-year-old Fredrick Platt Jr., of Racine, died Sunday afternoon when his parachute became entangled with another skydiver's canopy. The two missed their landing spot at Sylvania Airport in the Town of York.  Officials say Platt died at the scene. A 13 year old Fond du Lac boy escaped serious injury when he was struck by a car while riding his bicycle.  The incident happened shortly before 3:30pm Monday at the intersection of Johnson and Doty Streets.  The child received some minor scrapes and was treated on the scene.
