SULLIVAN, Wis. (AP) — Severe storms brought rain, damaging winds and reports of tornadoes to south-central Wisconsin late Sunday. The Fond du Lac city council will vote next week on a tax incremental financing plan for a proposal to convert the former Rolling Meadows Nursing home into senior apartments.
