The Fond du Lac Holy Family Warming shelter has received a major grant.  The $10,000 grant comes from The Catholic Community Foundation to help provide care to those in need and support shelter operations.  Holy Family spokesperson, Sarah Razner says the shelter opened last November to offer emergency shelter to single adults experiencing homelessness during the winter.  Each night the shelter served up to 30 individuals with a place to sleep, […]

3-27-24 feds still intend to cut interest rates this year

3-27-24 dodge county treasurer gives lowdown on lottery credits

Dodge County Treasurer, Kris Keith, is informing county taxpayers about the new lottery credit online portal to apply for or remove lottery credits.   “The Wisconsin Lottery and Gaming Credit provides direct property tax relief to qualifying taxpayers  on their property tax bills,” Keith said.   Keith says that the 2023 lottery credit was around $200 and often more.
