The prison system's chronic struggles with staffing shortages have led to lockdowns at prisons in Waupun, Green Bay and Stanley that have gone on for months. Waupun police are investigating the theft of a tractor from a Waupun business. A 2021 John Deere tractor with backhoe and frontloader attachments, valued at $20,000, was stolen Wednesday night from All Phase Heating, Cooling and Geothermal in Waupun. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
