MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Democratic Gov. The Green Bay Packers have reportedly agreed to trade cornerback Rasul Douglas to the Buffalo Bills, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.   CBS Sports reported Douglas and a fifth-round pick were traded to Buffalo in exchange for a third-round selection.  Douglas, 29, has an interception and 32 tackles in seven games, all starts this season.
