The Fond du Lac County Democratic Party is hosting a public forum on legalizing cannabis in Wisconsin.   The forum will be held at 6pm Thursday at the Fond du Lac Public Library.   Guest speakers include Democratic state representative and former Oshkosh mayor Lori Palmari, Fond du Lac attorney Kirk Everson and manager of The Dispensary, Trevor Morrisay.
