Firefighters from 20 departments battled a blaze that destroyed an apartment complex in Taycheeda and displaced 14 residents. Shortly after 10am Sunday firefighters were called to the Meadowlark Village Apartments on Spring Street to find the middle of three separate apartment buildings engulfed in flames.
