MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Republicans are moving to increase registration fees for electric vehicles. The transportation funding plan passed by the GOP-controlled Legislature's finance committee on Tuesday would raise fees to $175 a year, up from $100. U.S. cancer centers say a growing shortage of common treatments is forcing doctors to switch medications and delaying some care. The National Comprehensive Cancer Network says that nearly all of the centers it surveyed late last month were dealing with shortages of two chemotherapies.
