MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Republican-controlled Wisconsin Legislature has stopped Democratic Gov. Tony Evers’ administration from requiring seventh graders to be vaccinated against meningitis. A $1,000,000 Powerball winning ticket was sold at Festival Foods on East. Johnson St. in Fond du Lac.
