5-30-23 fdl food truck festival

Thousands of people converged on Lakeside Park Sunday for Fond du Lac's fourth Food Truck Festival.  Festival goers sampled cuisine from more than 30 food trucks.  In addition to food trucks, the popular event featured music, educational booths, and several activities for kids and adults.  The event is sponsored by the non-profit organization Friends of Lakeside Park.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Legislature's budget-writing committee has rejected Gov. Tony Evers' plan to make permanent nearly 40 revenue agent positions who are meant to enforce the state's tax laws.
