5-15-23 cwd confirmed in dodge county deer herd

The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) confirms that a Dodge County deer farm has tested positive for chronic wasting disease (CWD). The result was confirmed by the National Veterinary Services Laboratory in Ames, Iowa.   The positive sample was taken from a 9-year-old doe. 5-15-23 fire destroys barn in fdl county

5-13-23 uw oshkosh spring commencement

Nearly 1,400 undergraduate and graduate students were honored for their academic success at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh spring commencement ceremonies Saturday.   UW Oshkosh’s 148th spring commencement was held Saturday at the Kolf Sports Center.  Provost John Koker, who first joined UWO as a faculty member in the mathematics department in 1991, delivered remarks.  He presided over his final commencement at UWO as he retires this summer.
