Nobody was injured in a cornfield fire in Fond du Lac County. A farmer was cutting corn stalks in a field on county road F in the town of Eden when sparks from the machinery started the field on fire. The fire burned approximately 10 acres of corn stubble and was quickly extinguished.
Two people escaped serious injuries in a two vehicle crash in Fond du Lac County. The crash happened shortly before 4:30pm Wednesday while deputies were investigating a crash on southbound Highway 151 near County highway AS.
