9-27-22 milwaukee hospital staff must reapply for vaccine exemption

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Employees of a Milwaukee-based health care provider who cited religious reasons for opting out of a mandated coronavirus vaccination are now required to receive a shot or reapply for an exemption. 9-27-22 fdl area united way fund drive underway

The Fond du Lac Area  United Way fund drive is officially underway.  Executive Director Amber Kilawee says this year's goal is $500,000.  "99% of what we raise here stays here to impact one in three people throughout the county,"  Kilawee told WFDL news.  Kilawee says this year's pacesetter, Holiday Automotive, helped kickstart the campaign raising more than $64,000.
