A new housing study and action plan shows a critical need for housing diversification and affordability in the city of Fond du lac.  Community Development director Dyann Benson says the study shows the need for 700 ownership homes and more than 850 rental units.  Benson says the city can help with infrastructure and working with developers to help spur housing development.
