11-27-24 former kewaskum school resource officer convicted of beastiality sentenced to prison

A former Kewaskum School Resource Officer convicted of beastiality is going to prison.  Fond du Lac County Circuit judge Andrew Christianson has sentenced Steven Rosales of Campbellsport to two years in prison followed by three years extended supervision.  Rosales earlier pleaded guilty to three counts of Beastiality.   Two other counts were dismissed and read into the record.   According to a criminal complaint Rosales had sexual contact  with a pet female Golden  Retriever dog .    The […]

11-27-24 fdl police investigating armed robbery of convenience store

Fond du Lac police are investigating the armed robbery of a convenience store.  Police say the masked robber stole an undisclosed amount of cash at knifepoint from the Kool Quick Stop on South Main Street Monday night.  Police chief Aaron Goldstein says nobody was injured.  The suspect's image was captured on a store surveillance camera.  The suspect is described as a white male wearing a black jacket, gray sweatshirt, and wearing a mask.  He fled […]

11-27-24 fdl man convicted in drug overdose death

A Fond du Lac man has been convicted in a drug overdose death.   Adrian Santiago-Hernandez has entered a no contest plea and was found guilty of party to a crime of  First Degree Reckless Homicide as a repeater.  He was accused of providing the fentanyl that led to an overdose death in the city of Fond du Lac in August of 2023.  A co-defendant, Larry Plumber, has a status conference scheduled  for December 19th.
