Fewer kids in Wisconsin are vaccinated against measles than they were in 2013, and children in the state now have the second-worst vaccination rate for the disease in the United States. Meanwhile, a Texas-centered measles outbreak has grown to more than 100 cases. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin election officials plan to call Madison city workers in for depositions to learn more about how nearly 200 absentee ballots went uncounted in the November election.
