MADISON – On Sep. 13, Wisconsin Farm Bureau submitted comments to the United States Department of Agriculture regarding proposed revisions to the Federal Milk Marketing Orders.  The letter, submitted jointly with Minnesota Farm Bureau, expressed opposition to USDA’s recommendations. 9-16-24 beaver dam apartment fire displaces residents

Nobody was injured in a weekend fire that displaced residents of a Beaver Dam apartment complex. Firefighters from several departments battled the blaze Saturday night on Lake Crest Drive that left the eight unit apartment building uninhabitable. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s deputies rescued a deer hunter who got stuck in a swamp in Fond du Lac County over the weekend.
