A Waupun man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl he was allegedly engaged to.  Waupun Police Chief Jeremy Rasch says the 33 year old man was arrested after an investigation into a reported sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl.  Rasch told WFDL news it appears the two met at a party around New Year’s eve, and  says investigators believe the two were planning on leaving Wisconsin for the state of Texas.  […]
