5-28-24 man sentenced to prison in fdl firebombing incident

A Fond du Lac man convicted in a Fond du Lac fire bombing incident is going to  prison.   Fond du Lac judge Anthony Nehls on Friday sentenced Elliot  Schneider to 18 years in prison.  Schneider was convicted of property damage by use of  explosives, recklessly  endangering safety and bail jumping.  A  co defendant Jonas Johnson was earlier convicted and is awaiting sentencing.  Nobody was injured in the mailbox explosion and small fire near the […]

5-28-24 attempted homicide suspect from depere captured in dodge county following high speed chase

Fond du Lac residents lined downtown Main Street for the Memorial Day parade hosted by the Disabled American Veterans.  The Parade and ceremony started at the corner of Rees and Main Streets, going south on Main Street ending at Veterans Park followed by the Memorial Day Ceremony.
