Two Dodge County residents have been arrested in an animal mistreatment case. Forty seven year old James Dettloff and 31 year old Tashina Dettloff are being held in the Dodge County Jail on animal cruelty charges. Firefighters battled a house fire in Calumet County early Wednesday morning. Shortly after 2am firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T near New Holstein. The fire was reported out by 5:30am. There is no word on if there were any injuries, or if anyone was inside. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
