The Student Council at Friendship Learning Center in North Fond du Lac recently held a fund raiser to support the purchase of a Tactical Ballistic vest for K-9 Rony. The students, sold scented pencils and were able to raise $451.00 to go towards the purchase of the vest. The student council presented the check to Officer Beckford and K-9 Rony.

A plea and sentencing hearing has been scheduled for a Fond du Lac man charged in a child sex assault and domestic incident. The hearing for Antone Moffett is scheduled for January 4th. Moffett is being held in the Fond du lac County Jail on $100,000 cash bond.
