MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Assembly has passed a bill dissolving Wisconsin's nonpartisan board overseeing elections, campaign finance and ethics laws. The proposal now heads to Gov. Scott Walker, who is expected to sign it. The moves come after Republican criticism of the board's involvement in a secret investigation into Walker and conservative groups.

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) — Union workers at Kohler Company have rejected the company's latest contract offer and overwhelmingly approved a strike.  United Auto Workers Local 833 announced the vote results Sunday. The union says paper balloting showed 94 percent of workers favor a strike.
