MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin state Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and 19 other Republican state lawmakers are endorsing Florida Senator Marco Rubio for president. Vos announced their backing Friday, 18 days after Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker dropped out of the presidential race. Rubio is coming to Wisconsin next month to raise money for Vos and Wisconsin Assembly Republicans.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker has appointed conservative-backed appellate judge Rebecca Bradley to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.  Walker introduced Bradley at a news conference Friday. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents has approved lifting the cap on out-of-state undergraduates at UW-Madison.  The system currently caps the number of out-of-state undergraduates at 27.5 percent of the total undergraduate population at each campus. UW-Madison Chancellor Rebecca Blank and system President Ray Cross asked the regents to lift the cap at the flagship campus for four academic years beginning in fall 2016. […]

(AP) — The University of Wisconsin System regents have approved a contract that makes Under Armour the exclusive athletic uniform and equipment supplier for UW-Madison for the next decade.
