SHIOCTON, Wis. (AP) — Authorities are investigating an airplane crash in east-central Wisconsin. The Outagamie County Sheriff's Department was called late Saturday about the crash just north of the Shiocton Airport. The plane was flying to the airport when it turned over and crashed into a cornfield. No injuries were reported. The sheriff's department has not released how many people were in the airplane.
A Fond du lac man convicted of a series of home invasions is going to prison for a long time. Scott Walker has reached an agreement with the Department of Natural Resources to buy some prime lakefront property in northern Wisconsin.
