WATERFORD, Wis. (AP) — Several people got scrapes and multiple vehicles were damaged as high winds hit a balloon festival in southeastern Wisconsin. 7-18-15 wisconsin man among marines killed in tennessee shooting

GRANTSBURG, Wis. (AP) — A Marine who grew up in Grantsburg, Wisconsin, is among the four Marines who died in a shooting rampage in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  The Marine Corps identifies him as Sgt.
