The Waupun service club of The Lions Club International recently donated funds to help support the purchase of music CDs for the Comfort Carts at Waupun Memorial Hospital. John Bett, with the Waupun Lions Club, gave the donation to Karen Gross, Waupun Memorial Hospital volunteer coordinator. 7-16-15 fdl police make arrest in death of infant

Fond du Lac police say an Illinois woman has been arrested in the death of a 14-month-old child. Authorities say the 23-year-old woman from Calumet City is in custody of Fond du Lac police Thursday on possible charges of child neglect causing death. The child died at an apartment in Fond du Lac July 7.  Police say additional arrests are expected, but provided no other details.
