6-25-15 chronic wasting disease

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A white-tailed deer in Eau Claire County has tested positive for chronic wasting disease. The state agriculture department says the doe, which has died, was among 167 animals on a breeding farm. The herd was placed under quarantine. Investigators from the department are working to trace the animal's movements to see if any other herds would have been exposed.

Fond du Lac County Public Health officials are taking a new approach to addressing the obesity problem. 6-24-15 fdl city council president says no leniency this time for retlaw hotel
