MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. The local unemployment rate is up in the latest reporting period.  The jobless rate in Dodge County jumped six tenths of a percent to 3.1 percent last month.  The Fond du Lac County rate stands at 2.7 percent, up from 2.3 percent in January.  The unemployment rate in the city of Fond du Lac increased from 2.7 to 3.2 percent last month.
