(AP) — Law enforcement officers from across the nation joined hundreds of people mourning a 21-year-old Wisconsin state trooper killed last week in a shootout with a bank robbery suspect.  Trevor Casper was remembered during a memorial service at the high school in Kiel where he graduated in 2011.
