A Fond du Lac man accused of failing to prevent his wife from abusing two children has avoided trial. Troy Riehl pleaded no contest to three misdemeanor counts of neglecting a child and a deferred prosecution agreement was reached on two felony counts of failing to protect a child. A Fond du Lac man convicted of robbing the Speedway gas station on West Johnson Street is going to prison. Fond du Lac judge Dale English sentenced 59 year old Paul Tennis Jr. to three years in prison followed by three years extended supervision.
