One person was seriously injured in an alcohol related rollover crash in Fond du Lac County.  Shortly before 10 pm Tuesday the Dispatch Center received a 911 call of a vehicle on its side on the road at county Highways W and BB. The Fond du Lac County Highway commissioner says proposed improvements on Interstate 41 will target an area that has been a problem for a long time.  Highway commissioner Tom Janke says improvements will include mitigating ongoing flooding issues on the interstate near the Hickory Road interchange.  Janke says he's confident the upgrades will take care of the flooding problem.  Other improvements include replacing the cable barrier from County Highway D to Highway 151. Unseasonably mild temperatures for this time of year are in store for at least through Wednesday as a warm front moves in from the south.  National Weather Service meteorologist Andrew Quigley says some parts of the state flirted with 70 degrees Tuesday.   Quiqley says high temperatures to start this week are 25 to 30 degrees above normal for this time of year.
