CLARKS MILLS, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin authorities say a man is seriously injured after being shot by a 16-year-old hunter in Manitowoc County.   Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources warden supervisor George Protogere said Sunday the 24-year-old Brillion man was shot Saturday just before shooting hours were over. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Official results show that turnout in last month's election in Wisconsin was just shy of 55 percent of the voting-age population. The final numbers show that just over 2.4 million people voted in the governor's race in which Scott Walker won a second term over Democratic challenger Mary Burke. That is the highest turnout for a midterm governor's election since at least 1950.
