11-12-14 car fire

Nobody was injured in a car fire in Fond du lac Wednesday morning.  Firefighters were called to the scene on Fond du Lac Avenue near Dairy Queen shortly after 5:30am.  Fire Chief Pete O’Leary says the driver noticed smoke coming from the engine and pulled over.  The fire caused extensive damage and appears to be mechanical in nature.
