MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin company that makes products for use in space is only slightly affected by the launch explosion of a space station supply rocket. The Fond du Lac County executive has officially unveiled a proposed 2015 budget. Al Buechel says the budget includes a slight increase in the tax rate because of a 1.39 percent increase in new construction. Buechel says there are no cuts planned in staff or services. Buechel says the county’s equalized value is up for the first time in four years.
