Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction figures show about half of public school districts will get more state aid this year than the previous school year.  The state will provide nearly $4.5 billion in general aid to schools for the 2014-2015 school year, an increase of about 2 percent. Dodge County Sheriff Pat Ninmann has announced that she will run as a write-in candidate in the election for sheriff on November 4th. The Dodge County Clerk’s Office received written notice Wednesday that Ninmann would run as a write-in against Sheriff’s Sergeant Dale Schmidt. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The race for governor in Wisconsin is back to a dead heat.  The latest Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday showed Republican Gov. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new poll shows Republican Brad Schimel and Democrat Susan Happ are tied in the race for Wisconsin attorney general.  The Marquette University Law School poll released Wednesday shows both Schimel and Happ with 42 percent among likely voters.
