MILWAUKEE (AP) — Wisconsin and Minnesota have received federal grants to help provide academic and work-skills training for at-risk youth.The U.S. Department of Labor announced the YouthBuild grants Wednesday. Wisconsin is getting a total of $3.5 million to support four programs, and a St. Paul group is getting $768,000.YouthBuild is an alternative-education program that provides classroom instruction and work-skills training.
