WAUKESHA, Wis. (AP) — Prosecutors have charged an 18-year-old Wisconsin woman with killing a family's chihuahua while she was babysitting. The woman was charged Monday in Waukesha County with a felony count of animal mistreatment using a dangerous weapon.
