Tyson Foods is recalling nearly 30,000 pounds (13,600 kilograms) of breaded chicken ""Fun Nuggets'' after consumers complained of finding metal pieces in the dinosaur-shaped patties.  The nuggets, sold in 29-ounce bags, were produced on Sept. 5 by the Berryville, Arkansas, company. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin environmental officials have released a survey that found 71% of samples from shallow private wells were contaminated with PFAS chemicals. The Department of Natural Resources, the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the state hygiene laboratory conducted the survey in the summer and fall of 2022.
