Forty six year old Josh Weber is charged with party to the crime of first degree reckless homicide. Nobody was injured in a shed fire at a Fond du Lac residence that spread to a nearby home. Shortly after 11:30pm Sunday firefighters were called to 325 Doty St. for a reported shed on fire in the backyard of the residence to find the entire shed fully involved in fire. A suspect in a domestic violence stabbing incident in Fond du Lac earlier this year is in custody. Forty six year old Lataye Smith, was arrested without incident by U.S. Marshals in Chicago.
