3-6-23 fatal crash-fdl county

A Campbellsport woman was killed in a one vehicle crash in Fond du Lac County.  The crash happened shortly before 4pm Sunday on County Road S north of Earl Court  in the town of Auburn. A northbound car left the road striking a culvert.  The driver, a 68 year old Campbellsport woman,  was flown by helicopter to Froedert Hospital in Milwaukee where she was pronounced dead. 3-6-23 soup du jour raises money for homeless shelter, food pantry

A collaboration between Fond du Lac  restaurants and Holy Family Catholic Community raised thousands of dollars  for St. Katharine Drexel Shelter and Holyland Food Pantry.   The Soup du Jour fundraiser generated $2500 in donations with an additional $2000 from the parish bringing the total amount to $2,000 for each organization.  Fourteen local restaurants participated in the event February 18th with the soup selling out in one hour.
