Nobody was injured and the driver is in custody following a high speed chase in Fond du Lac and Dodge counties. Shortly after 4pm Tuesday the Washington County Sheriff’s Office notified Fond du Lac County they had terminated a chase on Interstate 41. 3-19-25 man convicted of stabbing woman in fdl sentenced to 20 years in prison

A man convicted of Attempted Homicide in the stabbing a woman in Fond du Lac last year has received a long prison sentence.   Fond du lac judge Andrew Christenson sentenced Fermin Teodoro Lopez-Mendoza to 20 years in prison followed by ten years extended supervision.  Lopez-Mendoza, an illegal immigrant from Mexico,  stabbed his partner over 6 times, and  fled the scene.   He was later arrested in Ozaukee County.  Lopez-Mendoza is subject to an […]
