A Chicago man has been convicted of Attempted Homicide in a stabbing incident outside a Fond du Lac apartment complex. A Fond du Lac jury found 48 year old Lataye Smith guilty of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon with a domestic violence enhancer.
