The owner of a Beaver Dam trucking company is pleading guilty in federal court to selling methamphetamine. According to the criminal complaint, 47-year-old Michael Marks, owner of Marks Family Trucking, was stopped in November on his way to Eau Claire with three ounces of meth that he intended to sell. The prosecuting US Attorney says a woman arrested days earlier named Marks as her supplier, setting up a sting operation. […]

Three teenagers are in police custody this morning after being arrested on suspicion of armed robbery and battery. The incident happened at South Park in Oshkosh last Monday night. Two men, ages 18 and 19, both from Appleton, and a 17-year-old Menasha girl, were all arrested in Appleton and taken to the Winnebago County jail. Charges range from armed robbery and battery to being a party to a crime.

A Fond du Lac man is officially charged with six felonies and three misdemeanors after being accused of selling drugs out the back of a mobile home. 26-year-old Brett Herdt was arrested after authorities received a call about a motor home parked behind Eden Corner Express late last week. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Republican Senate candidate Kevin Nicholson is going after Democratic incumbent Sen. Tammy Baldwin in a video announcing his candidacy. Nicholson launched his campaign Wednesday with a video touting his experience as a Marine, while also criticizing Baldwin as "liberal, divisive and honestly, just embarrassing." Wisconsin Democratic Party spokeswoman Gillian Drummond says that Nicholson is only out for himself and can't be trusted.
