7-27-20 fdl festivals-distanced events

With the cancellation of Walleye Weekend this year due to the coronavirus pandemic , Fond du Lac Festivals has announced  some new “distanced” events planned for next month.   Fond du Lac Festivals is planning for the first Virtual Walleye Run/Walk,  Virtual Family Fishing Tournament and a Drive in Movie.   The Lakeside Triple Feature will be held on three nights at Lakeside Park at the end of August.

The body that oversees Wisconsin high school sports is recommending schools conduct fall sports but delay start dates in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
