MADISON, Wis. (AP) — All prisoners and staff in Wisconsin’s 36 adult prisons will be tested for COVID-19 under the state Department of Corrections’ plan to resume more normal operations. (AP) — The attorney for a man whose criminal case was featured in Netflix's “Making a Murderer” series says he has contracted COVID-19 in prison.  Kathleen Zellner tweeted Wednesday that Steven Avery has the disease. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The new coronavirus has now killed more than 600 people in Wisconsin. State health officials said Tuesday the virus has now killed 607 people. The state has seen 18,917 cases as of Tuesday, up from 18,543 cases on Monday. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A new report from Gov. Tony Evers' administration projects wages and personal income levels will rebound next year. The state Department of Revenue released an analysis Tuesday that found Wisconsin lost 440,000 jobs in April alone, more than twice the number of jobs lost during the Great Recession.
