MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin health officials are renewing their call for people to get vaccinated, wear masks and avoid indoor gatherings over the Labor Day weekend as the state's COVID-19 case average soars. The state Department of Health Services said the state's seven-day case average stood at 1,699 on Wednesday, the highest since January. 9-2-21 two nfdl school board members resign over mask optional policy

Two North Fond du Lac School Board members have resigned following Tuesday night’s special school board meeting regarding masking.  Board members Shawn Pollack and Paula Stettbacher submitted their letters of resignation Wednesday.  The board held the meeting to reconsider their mask optional policy, but after hearing from dozens of parents opposed to a mask requirement, Superintendent Aaron Sadoff withdrew his request to have the board vote on the matter.

8-31-21 health officials concerned about number of people hospitalized in fdl county with covid-19
