6-14-21 walk-up vaccine clinic at walleye weekend

Walleye Weekend Festival goers had an opportunity to get the COVID-19 vaccine over the weekend.  The Fond du Lac County Health Department and Agnesian HealthCare-SSM Health  offered a Walleye Weekend walk-up COVID-19 vaccine clinic Saturday.    The clinic was offered to anyone 12 years of age and over who has not received the vaccine yet.

(AP) — The Green Bay Packers expect to fill Lambeau Field’s entire seating capacity for games this season and also plan to welcome fans to training camp and their annual shareholders meeting this year. 6-11-21 six more covid-19 deaths reported in fdl county

Six more COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Fond du Lac County.   According to the Fond du Lac County Health Department two men, ages 56 and 94, and four women, ages, 60, 84, 93,  and 94 died from complications due to COVID-19.  There have now been 119 COVID-19 deaths in Fond du Lac County since the beginning of  the pandemic.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Republican-controlled Wisconsin Legislature has voted to eliminate a $300-a-week federal bonus for unemployed people, a measure that Democratic Gov. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Marquette University will require students to get vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend classes this fall. The university made the announcement on Monday. The school says students will need to get vaccinated by Aug. 1 to attend classes. Marquette is the third private university in the state to mandate vaccinations for students. MILWAUKEE (AP) — A former pharmacist in Wisconsin who purposefully ruined more than 500 doses of COVID-19 vaccine has been sentenced to three years in prison.
