4-5-21 wisconsin covid count jumps to 875

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin's COVID-19 daily case count has jumped to its highest mark since mid-February. State health officials reported 875 confirmed cases on Friday, the highest number of daily cases since Feb. 12, when the figure was 938 cases. The seven-day daily case average increased to 531. 4-5-21 two more covid-19 deaths in fdl county

Two more COVID-19 deaths have been reported in Fond du Lac County.  Since the beginning of the pandemic there have been 105 COVID-19 deaths in Fond du Lac County.    There were five new positive COVID-19 cases in the county Friday bringing the total number of positive cases since the start of the pandemic to 12,032.  Currently nobody is hospitalized in  Fond du Lac County with the virus.

4-5-21 14 year old milwaukee boy dies from covid-19 complications

MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office says a 14-year-old Milwaukee boy has died of complications caused by the coronavirus. It’s the first reported pediatric death caused by the virus in Milwaukee. The Medical Examiner’s Office says the boy also had leukemia and had undergone a bone marrow transplant in 2019.
