Wisconsin coach Paul Chryst isn’t discussing quarterback Graham Mertz’s status following reports that the redshirt freshman has tested positive for COVID-19. 10-26-20 state reports nearly 4,400 new coronavirus cases

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin health officials are reporting nearly 4,400 newly confirmed coronavirus cases. The state Department of Health Services reported 4,378 new cases on Friday. The daily record is 4,591, set on Tuesday. The state has now seen a total of 190,478 cases since the pandemic began in March. (AP) — A new study from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's medical school has found that the state's  high school sports has not contributed to an increase in COVID-19 infections among athletes. 10-23-20 coronavirus cases jump among wisconsin american indians

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Coronavirus cases among American Indians in Wisconsin have tripled since Sept. 1 as the state continues to grapple with the pandemic. Data showed 59 new cases and one additional death among American Indians in Wisconsin as of Wednesday. That raised the total to 2,333 Native Americans testing positive. 10-23-20 drive-thru covid testing at fdl county fairgrounds reaches capacity early

There were long lines at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Thursday for free drive-thru COVID-19 testing.  The testing site was scheduled to be open until 7pm but had reached it’s capacity by 2:30pm.   The testing site will be open Thursdays  through December 10.   Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says the National Guard is conducting the tests.   People should remain in their vehicles throughout the process.  Masks are required and no appointment […]
